Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General trouble w/command buttons

i went to use my skill, repair, on a sword. i right clicked on the skill, pointer turned into the anvil, then left clicked on the sword. not only did nothing happen to the sword but i can not get the command buttons tocome back up. just getting the three thin lines for health, magic and stamina. can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. thx.

Just right click on those three lines to bring up normal menu. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

One thing i did notice too Butch is that with the repair skill on first level you will only get a partial repair on your weapons/armour etc so if nothing happened it could be because the equipment had more durability than you had skill to repair.

When it gets to the stage that you see the yellow anvil appear on your bottom tool bar, (warning that some gear needs to be repaired), try to use that ability then.

I only ever had level on but it came in very handy at certain stages of the game......don't want to give away tooooo much lol but a very handy skill.

Something worth remembering about repair is that it can cause a crash-to-desktop.

So save first. It also seems more stable if you unequip what you want to repair first.

If you right-click on the command bar, it changes to "collapsed mode" with only your health, mana, and stamina. Right-click it again to bring it back. You don't need to right-click the skill to use it.
