Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks on action bar: red triangle on skill/spell??

I've noticed a few times there is a red triangle on the bottom right of a skill/spell in the action bar, but i can stil use that skill/spell....what does it mean??
