AFAIK, no such thing as a developer's cut/mode has been mentioned so far. I *think* we might expect something like this or D:OS gold edition at some point in the future. However, considering that for DKS the developer's cut war released 3 years after the game launch I wouldn't expect a Developer's Cut for D:OS very soon...
