There are only a few games on my computer that will never be un-installed and <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> is one of them. My first introduction to gaming was Diablo. It is the first game that I ever bought or played, and I was totally blown away by it.
I thought that ALL games would be as good as Diablo and I wasted hundreds of dollars buying up anything that looked even remotely like it, silly me!
As you can imagine, my expectations were quickly dashed and I became much more diserning. So I spent the next few years haunting gaming sites, reading review after review. But even then, I was still conned into buying some really crappy games, and I no longer trust game reviewers. I was starting to despair. I thought that I'd have to stop gaming. It seemed that every game I bought was a HUGE disappointment and waste of money.
Then came Diablo 2 and it's expansion pack, absolute Heaven! I had a new standard by which all other games would be judged. In the years since its release NOTHING has ever rivalled it, until now. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> is the best game I've played since Diablo:LOD and in many respects (and I never thought that I'd say this about any game) I think <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> is better than Diablo.
