Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues [BUG] Games crashes if these items are dropped

Dropping the "portal activation crystal" (found in Hunter's Edge, needed to enter Zandalor's house through the portal) and the "Well teleportation scroll" (Found in Boreas' treasure room, part of the wishing well quest) causes the game to crash.

I wanted to discard them after I had no more use for them, and the game crashes every time. I can put them in a container without any problems though.

I can confirm this happens to me aswell... making it unlikely to be system-dependant and more a genuine ingame repeatable crash.

Probably heavily related to the items in question not giving any information when hovering over them in the inventory. They might have been intendede to be removed on use, but there's an error in said script that doesn't removes them but breaks them?

I had the same issue with the crystal. Thanks for the tip with putting it in a container
