No, of course not. Larian has supported the game with multiple updates, and will continue to do so.
Every other game I bought within the last couple of months were running perfectly.
And yet other people have undoubtedly had serious issues with every one of them. Try an online search or check their technical support forums.
That doesn't make fixing this problem any less important.
