I can not run character creator on singleplayer and multi.

Character creation bar stops at 100% everytime I try to.

I was changing all the graphic options, updated windows (7 32bit) and drivers...

Does any of you can help me with it?

Did you try leaving it for awhile? In the other topic Marrix mentioned waiting a long time.

Are you shutting down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before starting the game?

You could try running the game as administrator (right click on the '..\SteamApps\common\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping\EoCApp.exe' program file to do so).
