I'm sure they will, but they have to prioritize what they work on, since they're a small studio. Cleaning up their editor - so it's intuitive and simple enough to use for the modding community - takes time. Bug fixes and general polish take precedent, then they can work on furthering the editor (something which they've already stated will be an ongoing process for them).
