While I was looking for the Eye of the Cyclops, I fell through a floor tile and found the scroll of Kaa Gent. It's basically the picture of an American Indian head and headress. I tried to put it in my inventory, but it wouldn't move. When I climbed back upstairs, I couldn't seem to go back through the floor.

Do I need that scroll or is it just another joke in the game? If I need the scroll, will I be able to get back through the floor or do I need to reload?

Nope, it's a joke. Fredric/Larian Studios seems to be a great fan of this Belgian soccer club. No quest.
