When you run around the map do you use the Alt key to highlight and goodies that may appear on the ground?????
I am asking this because from memory there is a key to (i think) the west of the Blue Boar Inn lying on the ground somewhere that opens this cellar. Not sure about this.
Search around a bit unless Tipsik drops the key when you kill him?????
I am sure Raze or someone will have the answer. Anyway good luck with it.
