If you sent it directly to me (raze@larian.com) I have not received anything (my mailbox was full for a couple hours earlier this evening, though, so I may not have gotten large email). If you sent it to support, there would be a delay before it would be forwarded to me.
I do not have a developer build of the game, though, so if there is actually a problem in the save itself, I can not fix it (it will have to wait until next week when Larian gets back from vacation). Of the saves I've tried, though, several have been from when the homestead was under attack, or people just missed where Zixzax moved or checking the portal that was last opened.
