New install and same problem. There are further issues now too. When I go into the options screen for video settings, If I scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you can select options like screen space reflections, it shoots right up to the top of the list before I can do anything, making selecting these options impossible.
Very frustrated and now worry that for whatever reason my copy is ruined. I don't see how it could be an issue with my computer. I just don't understand what is going on.
