Nope. I didn't use any of the "Compendium of Mortal Techniques" books. I still have 4 of them sitting unused in my inventory.
Then you ran into another glitch or you mistakenly count skills boosted by gear as "maxed" as you don't get enough points to max a fourth skill on the same character in 20 levels. That's a fact. But even if there were enough points to max a 4th skill(which there aren't) the argument is still pathetic at the absolute best. Four skills out of 28 is a fucking joke. The absolute minimum should be no less than 7 which is more than double what you get now.
