Maybe it was wrong of me to publish this letter as an official letter. My reasons were that everyone knew by now who it was. And that I just wanted to explain the difference about selling something you have created yourself contra selling something someone else has created. I also thought that this might be a broad problem that others could relate to. Even if you offer something for free on the internet, it does not mean that it can be used commercially.

Freedom, including freedom of speech, have their limits. Also, what happened to innocent until proven guilty? Sure, the evidence looks pretty incriminating, but even so, none of us here have the authority to declare anyone guilty (or innocent).

I still think there is a difference about what you create yourself and what you copy from others. Especially when money is involved. The amount of money is irrelevant. But in your case you have made a deal with Larian so everything should be ok.
