I'm having the same issue at a larger scale. It affects all characters, in all savegames and across different profiles, both on actionbas and in spellbook. Many (almost all) spells are mixed up. Bomb summon turned into summon decapitator, rain spell turned into mass slow etc.
Is there any know solution ? I'm level 18 and it irritated me to start all over again ...
