I think you can report the video directly on YouTube for copyright infringement, can't you? At least there is a "report" button which however requires a youtube user account (which I do not have). Has anyone with a user account already done it?
No, unfortunately -- you have to be the owner of the content. I did flag the post on Steam (not holding breath).
Glad to see some people care...it's awful quiet on Steam. People will rant if you dare criticize anything about the game, (nothing is perfect - or some just find it difficult) but I suppose taking advantage of Kirill/Larian's goodwill just isn't important
there. :-/
P.S. The video policy sticky here explains all and is quite liberal.
