On the one hand, I've had my suspicions about this guy's intentions since the very first post I'd ever seen of his.
On the other hand, that's what they are: suspicions. We're not judge and jury here. It's not up to us to determine his guilt or mete out his punishment. This is really between GamezGlitchz and Kirill. We would need to wait for a statement from at least one of them, perhaps both, to really know what's going on. Perhaps he asked for Kirill's permission before posting the video; perhaps he didn't, but has since received it; perhaps Kirill's going to sue him. Who knows? Do you? Didn't think so.
No matter how I look at it, a public defaming of GamezGlitchz' character is not the appropriate course of action here. Even if it turns out he has done wrong, I'd like to hope that we're a better type of community, one which doesn't drag other's names through the mud even when they arguably deserve it. Raubrey was good to bring this concern to our attention, and concerned we should be, but a lynch mob we should not become.
Well, I imagine in terms of GamezGlitchz' posting history in general, it's also between him and the moderation staff. But I don't imagine any drastic action will be taken against such self-promotion.
