Maybe it was wrong of me to publish this letter as an official letter. My reasons were that everyone knew by now who it was. And that I just wanted to explain the difference about selling something you have created yourself contra selling something someone else has created. I also thought that this might be a broad problem that others could relate to. Even if you offer something for free on the internet, it does not mean that it can be used commercially.
