That's along the lines of what Scrotie was asking people NOT to do.
We can debate the moral of the issue, yes, but we don't exactly have a "right" to publicly discuss a potential legal issue between two parties of which none of us here are part of.
Freedom, including freedom of speech, have their limits. Also, what happened to innocent until proven guilty? Sure, the evidence looks pretty incriminating, but even so, none of us here have the authority to declare anyone guilty (or innocent).
