Had the letter from Victorio to Pedro (the leader of the group in the sewer), and still can't solve the quest <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />. This letter mentions that the merchants have hired a mercenary and it should be no trouble, but it does not seem to solve the quest.
