Quests still on the books include: Marcus - "Who's responsible for burnt cart?" Robin - "What's all this about the black market?" Trevor - "Methinks someone is selling goods without a license." Haven't been back to Trevor since getting the "license" quest - I might give it a try, although seems like a long shot since no new information has been learned from the other quest participants. Never did get a second dialogue option from Robin. No reload possible. Am only using five save games and recycle them constantly.
