There will be spoilers.

When you help the imps, it seems the watch disappears to cyseal beach. The appear next to those two drunk guards. I went there and found them, because I knew where to look. After all, I was the one that sent them there. But now, they say they are going to hyberion or whatever the name of that faery realm is.

I've looked all over the place and I can't find them. Where did they go? And where all will they go after that? I want to complete the quest, but I'm very near the end of the game and frankly I don't fancy crawling through every nook and cranny of the maps that they say they're going to. Can anyone help me with some kid of list of places they go, so that I can complete this quest? I'm assuming that you will eventually somehow help them free their friends from the demon's dungeons. But I can't do that if I can't find them wherever they go, and bring this quest to its conclusion.

You won't find them anywhere, just report it to the imps.

Strange. After I talked to the Watchers on Cyseal's beach, the quest completed.

Completing the quest involves 2 parts;

1) Informing the imps you pointed them wrong.
2) Find them in Cyseal.

Did you do both? If so, what order?

(also, this really belongs in the spoiler forum)

First thing I said was "there will be spoilers". If you keep reading beyond that, I doubt any dedicated spoiler forum is going to be able to help you.

It said they were going to hieberhiem, (or whatever) so I assumed you have to find them there next. Sort of like a wild goose chase until they finally talk to you again, and you agree to go on a quest to nemesis and free their people and kill some of the demons imprisoning them. It wouldn't even have to be a very long quest, just an invasion of the dungeon and breaking their service to the demons somehow. That's the logical train of thought. Since the main characters are such powerful guardians, after all. Because no matter who you choose to help, one side or the other suffers.
