There is something a little strange that I would like to discuss.
When you start a dialogue, if your character has enough perception, he can see which sentence is better to use (-1, 0, +1, ...)

This means that if you want to roleplay with the optimal dialogues choices without to reload every time you need to have one of your main characters with high perception + talk to animals + high charisma.
(the spider queen is a good example of such requirement)

Perception increases critical chance. I maximize it on my warriors, it's very powerful. But this skill is not required on a mage.
So it looks like I have to give the "talk to animals" skill to my warrior and not to my mage and increase his charisma.
But for me it's not very roleplay-realistic. Classically a two hand warrior is not the best talker in a RPG group, and I can't imagine him to talk with rabbits. It makes more sense if my mage does that.

I can live with that but I think it's not very consistent smile
Maybe the intelligence should work as perception in dialogues ?

I don't think Intelligence should work for that, since Intelligence already gives enormous boosts to more than half of the combat skills in the game.

If you want to make an ideal 'talker', make a Ranger. Talk to Animals, Charisma, and high Perception all fit very well on a ranger character. You can also take 'Politician' (-1 intelligence, +2 charisma) and it won't hurt them.

Classically a warrior ends up the lord or king of an entire nation.
Classically a mage ends up a hermit.

Rangers really do fit all your needs, though.
