I have made beer bread, before. I can't remember exactly what went into that, but it was fairly easy. Like 3 cups flour, 3 tablespoons or so of sugar and a beer. Very simple and it tasted pretty nifty, too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
