The in-game text states that it removes the flanking penalty, which means that I should not be recieving the flanking penalty like I am in the screenshots. If it reduces the penalty, then the describition should say it.
In any case, I am still confused if it is working as it should be, or if it is bugged.
Does it work against just 2 enemies? (I think I see 3 elementals in those pictures)
If so, it could be that it's working as intended, but the description is wrong.
If this is true, then they need to update the description. If it only provided it for 2 enemies, then I most likly would never have taken it and instead taken something more useful...
EDIT: If I am not mistaken, I still get it with having only 2 enemies next to me...
