I'm stuck at this quest, this is my journal :
http://scr.hu/1cbw/fbkf7 . I've read that I need to go to cellar and Rat King should appear but nothing happends. I also killed refugees (they attacked me, don't know why) so I can't do anything more in Wizard's house. Any help?
