It's taking FOREVER for them to update me. I've sent in my error reports and saved games. Here's my story:

Jul 8: Sent to Larian support about my issue, can't complete Wishing Brother quest and also proceed to Luculla Forest. Both crashes and goes back to windows desktop screen.
While waiting, I checked this forum and found a fix, so I deleted LucullaForest.lsb and retrying worked but The Prison Garden of Stone King still wouldn't load.
Jul 10: Saved files sent to them, waiting for coders to fix as told.
Jul 18: Sent an email asking for updates, no reply. I've progressed into Lady in The Lake and it also crashes out when trying to enter the lake.
Aug 1: Sent another one, still no update.

What the heck should I do with this game now?

Keep in mind that most of Larian was out of the office the past two weeks until the 4th, so there was just a skeleton crew to handle support. Now that they're back, I'm sure they're catching up on the backlog. Not the best news to hear, but they're not just ignoring you. I'm sure they'll get to you as soon as possible.

As jito said they were out of town for 2 weeks. In addition they are a small team and not prepare for the success of this game.

HIstorically I have had excellent and fast respons to support email -having said that my last two kickstart emails were answered very poorly and by someone who does not reguarly answer the email (lynn answers are usually spot on - this person sounded like an intern and i was very unhappy with his responses). Anyways my approprach if I have any more issues is to wait a couple of months untilt he noise dies down.

Thanks guys for replying. What actually happened to them in the past 2 weeks? They should have at least sent out an email to inform of their absence.

I'm really disappointed cause I don't know whether to continue playing or not.

They did mention that in a kickstarter email. Shortly after it was mentioned in the forum there was an increase in spam, though not necessarily connected.
