Ok, thanks for confirming that this NPC is glitched. Your not suppose to kill Arhu btw. I mean I'm not a cat lover, but this hair ball puking...white fur shedding... meowing in the middle of the night... animal actually does some good for the Divine One in Divine Divinity.
After receiving the quest to kill Arthu, he admitted stealing some source stones from her forest...
This conversation might have come up once in a previous build, but this conversation will not come up for me with the latest build of the game.

That you had to destroy Cassandras skeleton
to make her vulnerable. At least you can bypass the glitch.
