I am trying to add Tormented soul to a Tenebrium bow but it's not working; I have 5 crafting

And it is not telling me "low crafting or anything", what gives?

Since most upgrade items don't seem to work on Tenebrium weapons, I doubt the Tormented soul would work.
Tenebrium bows are not real bows, but rather generic Tenebrium weapons. Quite ridiculous.
It's something Larian should fix as soon as possible, in my opinion.

If you want a Tenebrium Bow with Tormented Soul, you have to start with a normal bow (of any rarity) and enchant that one with Tenebrium + the Soul (+Bowstring + Sextant). This weapon will calculate the bonus damage based on your Tenebrium skill. The "real" Tenebrium weapons can not be upgraded.

Ok, I could add a tormented soul, Sextant, bowstring and Tenebrium to a composite bow; can I add something else? a second tormented soul doesn't add any specs.

You can't upgrade the bow any further. Adding essence will replace the Tenebrium bonus.
