Larian is currently working on another update, expected to be released next week (so far the only thing I have seen specifically mentioned as being included is for the dialogue system in co-op).
The devs are aware of the issue; Issh (support) responded earlier in this topic, and presumably at least some of the people who posted here bothered to email support with the report file from the analysis tool.
