I've gotten the wishing well out of Hiberheim, problem is that I can't find where it teleported to. Where does this thing end up at?

Yeh, I got the quest completed. But where did the well teleport to?

As for using the spell, you either talk to the well in Hiberheim with the spell in your inventory, or click on it when standing next to the well.

The well teleports to the lava/fire area in Cyseal (where you fought the lava/fire boss (The Twins-By-Fire-Joined) with the totem that can revive the skeletons)

The well teleports to a place just near/outside the Old Church area in Cyseal. The well in Hiberhiem is the twin brother to the well in Cyseal. So they're just joined together again as the well in Cyseal clearly says the well can't grant wishes untill it is re-united with its twin.

As for how use the scroll, I think you'll just need to read it. The challenge here is in order for this to work, you'll need to have one of your two main characters to read it.
