Pretty much agree with it all, though credit where credit is due, from what I know the hireling's backgrounds are written by Kickstarter backers, not Larian.

* In automatic conversations with the whole party (End of Time)/upon reload it will automatically select the right memeber in character creation (the female). Yeah, no idea why... selected makes more sense to me (and if not, the left on in creation), but that's the way it is
