The only way to update the latest patch from Larian via GOG is to completely download the whole game again.
I hope that makes more sense.
Ok yes that makes sense, thanks for clarifying. The upcoming galaxy client will probably include an automated update service like steam, but for now it seems you might really have to redownload. This is certainly annoying, hope it will get solved soon.
