Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks Game ending, Trife never shows up

so I got to the end of the game and the Trife never shows up, if I choose to do the soul forge then when I walk to the Godbox, there is no one there. If I don't reforge the souls I find Leandra there with the death knights but not the Trife, I kill them and the void dragon NEVER shows up. What am I missing? I sure did not finish all the quests, am wondering if there is anything I can do to save this run or have to start over from zero. kinda bummed out, thanks for your help!

Did you finish the quest where you have to close the rift? And go slay a rather large bloodstone? Have you done all the quests related to the main quests?

Just as side note, I really feel Larian should divide the log/journal into main quests and side quests.

this is so wrong...you shouldn't be allowed to go in the first garden unless you finished all main quest business.

Also, have you talked to Zixxax about the demon that's wandering in the halls of the Homestead?
