There is only 1 hidden entrance that you can access by putting a burning brazier out By now I forget where it was though.. some ritual in some temple? You could "prevent from sacrifices" or something
I think there's also that one in the pub in Hunter's Edge, though there's another way into the area in question by chucking a pyramid through a hole in the wall.
