I couldn't find anywhere where it takes those numbers nor colors, not even the formating of the text from
Only thing I did find was
Divinity - Unpacked Latest\Public\Main\Stats\Generated\Structure\Base\valuelist.txt
But I doubt you can just change those generated variables without breaking the entire game... so I have no idea
