Bumping in lieu of making a new topic. Still an issue for me, sound effects only worked sporadically. Most noticeable during combat, with various audio effects entirely absent. Also had it happen when setting oil pools on fire (no burning/fire sound) and when striking for ore (silver node in the White Witch's cave).
