I need help with secrets I have found/bought.

Under "secrets" I can see them, but they are not visibile on the map, no chest symbol anywhere.
For example, I found Mendius corpse in the dungeon of trials and read the scroll he had with him. A secret unlocked but I can`f find it anywhere.
