Pretty cool. I think the secret markers bug has been fixed. Which leaves Frederick's Bloodstone quest as likely bug since the quest remains open even though its been "resolved." Funny thing thing though I had the same problem with a side quest in Skyrim. I suppose there are so many sub-quests that they were not fully tested.
