I am unsure of the degree to which this is possible, but I am sure many Steam users would like to roll back their game version after the most recent step backward.
To what degree would it be possible to undo the mechanical changes of Update v1.0.130?
Most of the game mechanics are hardcoded in EoCApp.exe, so replacing the .exe might be sufficient if you can't downgrade everything, though there is no telling what else that may break ...
