I was thinking adding more playable races will bring more replay value and flavor into the game, what I'm thinking so far are elves(snow, wood, dark), dwarf, minotaur, yuan ti, gnome, hobbit. but at the very least the dwarf and elves should be easy and those two are the ones I'm mostly concerned with. While at it the ability for people to add their own character portraits rather than having to mod replace originals, and no limit to how many they can add or perhaps make the limit 255 or something high like that.
