ok i did the broken wheel quest ,found cave and came back to Marcus with letter and he told me about Tingalf,but when i go talk to Tingalf ,he doesnt confess about it ,did i miss a step some where.i know all you experts on game have the answer and thx in advance,having fun but going is slow work gets in the way,he he thx.

Tingalf will not confess, he will talk about a lair under your feet nearby.
ARS SEWERS! Descend there, few steps NE and you've got it, save before doing so = fight. Don't forget the letter there.

he doesnt talk about the sewers tho in his speech options when i go speak with him ,just same speech options as when i first talked to him.

Please, go into the Ars Magicana sewers, NE and look if you encounter a fight. If not, I'll post the dialogue this evening, ok?
