Hello there,

So I was playing with my friend and we got into a horrible battle. I fled from the battle and he used his piramid to teleport to me.

After a few moments the npcs engaged in combat again, but didn't do anything on their turn, and never passed it.

So the game basically stopped forever at the enemy turn.

After getting tired of waiting for any change we had to load a previous save.

I don't suppose you saved after the combat got stuck?

If you did, please email it, and the save before combat started, to supportdos@larian.com, if you wouldn't mind. For Windows you can use the D:OS support tool to generate a report.zip file which will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games (to reduce the file size, you could delete most of the saves from the zip).

For Mac, you can use System Profiler to get system info, and saves are in a folder something like:
~/Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin/PlayerProfiles/<ProfileName>/Savegames
