I have not seen this information spread so far, so I want to share, apologize if it is a double:
Before the semifinal source temple you get access to 5 magical unlock spells:
1) Arhus desk, steal
2) Luculla mines, Astarte temple, crypt
3) Zandalor, Hunters Edge
4) Phantom Forest, Temple of Death
5) Phantom Forest. along the extreme notheastern path from Balberiths Hut
So even after using the first one to unlock Braccus 2nd chest, you will have enough to unlock all 3 chests in homesteads armoury.
