How does it work exactly? I read it used to auto-level them to your level but that's gone now. So it seems pointless having multiple henchman because they will soak up valuable xp while the others left at the EoT fall behind.
Plus, if I want a crafting/blacksmithing/loremaster henchman he is going to be gimped in combat thus making it difficult to level them.
