ok, supposedly a rich merchant in Verdista has it, but I've talked to them all and no one mentions it.
*sigh*

Talk to Sir Patrick. If you don't get the option to bring up the armour, talk to the dwarven king and smith again, then back to Patrick. Some people have found this quest a little finicky, but after talking to everyone involved several times Patrick offers you the armour if you do him a favour.

great! Thanks for the advice! I've talked to the Dwarven king once and sir Patrick twice, but since I'm already in the Dwarven Halls right now I'll stop by and speak to the king again.

Yeah thanks! that was my question as well. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />
Computergames dont affect kids. I mean, if computergames affect us as kids, we would all be running around in a dark room, munching pills with crappy music at the background!

Thanks Raze - you were on the nose! I talked to the dwarven king again then went back to Sir Patrick and got the quest.
NEW PROBLEM:
I've returned to the Dwarven Halls with the shield, the breastplate, and the heart gem. I threw my transporter stone past the guards then teleported in to see the king and get the helm.
He won't give it to me! It doesn't come up in the dialogue box and I've clicked on him a coupla times. Any suggestions?

Have you solved the stone axe quest yet? Did you get a letter and take it to the king about the stone axe quest? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Oh yeah. In fact, all the council members are at the Council of 7 waiting on me while I finish up a few quests so I've already taken care of the Dwarven council member as well.
When I talk to him, he says, "once you get the breastplate and the heartgem, I'll give you the helm" but there is no response in my list of choices that says, "DUDE! I have them both right here! Hand it over!"
lol!

Did you get the smith to put the dragon plate and the gem together already? If you haven't remember to save just before you do and then reload until you get the armor you want. I think that may have to be done before the king offers you the helm. I also think the same thing is true for the helm - save and then reload until it's what you want.
