Thank you. Although I went back to an earlier game save I ended up the same problem when I acquired my first blood stone. I will now go back and try the fire lane one again. BTW - I had thought to wait to talk to Astarte until I was at a higher level because of her "your so weak remark." I thought if I waited she might join my team.
