I don't even think Bully was working correctly in melee, let alone ranged. But yet, it should be doing additional damage regardless if your fighting as an archer, melee, or mage.
Every time there I run into trouble on the road, there is always a dwarf at the bottom of it. Don't they know how to drive above ground?
