Sigh feck it. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do. I've searched the immaculate village down to the last pixel, spoken to AND killed Brandon and went to the end of time where zixzax say nothing new and all portals are inactive. Think my playthrough has a glitch. These are level 21 characters. I'm pretty sure it should be impossible to get this far without those things being available to me. It's gonna be a while before I gather the energy for another playthrough. Frustrating is putting it mildly.
