If the pending update doesn't help (I assume it'll be Monday now before Steam does something that the update is waiting on), please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. Since the problem is consistent, and present before you even try loading a save, you can greatly reduce the file size by deleting all but your latest save from the zip.
